In this master's thesis, the digitization of the educational management process, the implementation of online reviews of their quality indicators through the hemis.uz platform, the existing problems in the use of moder information and communication technologies, their analysis, ways to eliminate the causes of their origin and future perspectives were studied on the example of Tashkent State University of Economics, and by developing appropriate recommendations, it is possible to eliminate excessive economic costs and create conveniences in controlling the quality of education.
